Studio Seruni – Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website is operated by Studio Seruni (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from studioseruni.com (the “Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy (collectively, “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Store.

2. Eligibility & Account Accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Singapore law. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly.

3. Made-to-Order Production

All jewellery is handmade to order. Production takes up to 7 business days before dispatch. By ordering, you acknowledge this lead time and our no-return / no-refund terms except where required by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (“CPFTA”).

4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order-confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, material shortage). A contract forms only when we email a shipping confirmation.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. We currently ship only within Singapore; international duties and taxes do not apply.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment you confirm you have the legal right to use the chosen method. Chargebacks filed outside our defect-resolution process may delay resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, photos, text, graphics) is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Store or our products without prior written consent.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Product photos aim to be faithful but minor colour or bead-placement variations are inherent to handmade items.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as-is”; we assume no liability for third-party content.

10. User Comments & Submissions

Unsolicited ideas, feedback or other materials you send us become our property without obligation for compensation, confidentiality or credit (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

11. Personal Information & Privacy

Submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Store or its content for unlawful purposes, to solicit unlawful acts, to violate laws or regulations, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to upload malicious code or interfere with security features.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by the CPFTA or other non-excludable law, the Service and all products are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any other warranties, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Seruni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Seruni, its owner, agents and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the remainder.

17. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either party. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the site. We may terminate your access without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.
