Studio Seruni—Shipping Policy

 

1. Production Time

Hand-crafted to order; allow up to 7 business days before dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping Only

We ship to Singapore addresses (main island & Sentosa). International shipping is not yet available.

4. Total Delivery Timeline

Production (1-7 days) + Courier (1-3 days) ≈ 8-10 business days. We guarantee delivery within 30 calendar days of purchase, in line with Singapore CPFTA.

5. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping email with your tracking link.

6. Address Accuracy & Redelivery

Please double-check your address (incl. unit #). Amendments are possible only within 12 hours of ordering and before dispatch. Undeliverable parcels can be reshipped at your cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (order #, photos/video). We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required under Singapore law.
